API of North Fulton Weekly Hikes
General Hiking Event Information
Spring is here soon! Guess what?
It's going to be even more fun hiking through the Georgia woods!
Are you new
to the idea of hiking with babies and toddlers? Give it a try! Past hikes
included parks in Fulton and Forsyth Co.: Oxbo in Roswell, Big Trees Preserve in
Dunwoody, Lake Lanier Parks in Cumming - just to give you an idea. The
trails are not very long - obviously, we are not distance hikers. At the end of
the trail or somewhere nice in between we break for lunch. The little people can
play and enjoy themselves while the big people chat.
Make sure you arrive at
10:30am in order to pack your picnic, buckle up your baby, and meet with the
others. We will leave the parking lot at 11am.
So come to one of the next
hikes, bring your little one, and see if you both enjoy it!
If
you are interested in
participating in one of our Hiking Events or would like to be put on the email distribution list,
please make sure we have a Waiver of
Liability on file for you and email westphal@juggernatutics.com to be placed on the
email information list. We welcome any suggestions for future hikes!
Past Hikes
Oxbo Trail in Roswell, Vickery Creek in Roswell,
Dunwoody Nature Center, Sope Creek in Marietta, Lake Lanier Parks in Forsyth County, and Sawnee Mountain Preserve in Cumming. We even
decided to meet at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens in honor of their
Earth Day celebration!
